How do I insert the phpMyVisites Javascript code in Coppermine code?

Insert the Javascript code in each theme that is used in Coppermine. Example: for the “Classic” theme, edit the "template.html" file that is in the "/coppermine/themes/classic" directory. Insert the Javascript code at the beginning of this file. Then save and upload this file.
Do the same thing for the other themes, if any.
