FAQ : Customizing phpMyVisites
How to have the logo displayed only on some of the pages of my website?
Go to the administration area and disable the "Show logo on your pages" option for the site. Then, add the line below in the pages for which you want the logo displayed: 
    phpMyVisites
Replace the XXXXX string with the number of the logo that best fits the graphic design of your website.
